1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION OF YZP,YZPF ELECTRIC

MOTOR

YZP, YZPF series crane variable frequency

adjustment speed three-phase asynchronous motor are developed by our company,

are specially suitable for driving various types of crane, which integrated our

abundant experience in the variable-frequency adjustable-speed field.Absorbed

the best of both domestic and abroad advanced techniques, the motors are

especially suitable for high starting torque and frequent starting of crane.

They can be matched with various frequency conversion devices both home and

abroad, compose an adjustment speed system of alternating current and frequency

conversion, have precision accuracy and high

dynamic constant. The basic technical

requirements conform to the international IEC34-1 standard and national GB755

standard, and the mounting dimensions conform to the international IEC72

standard.

-voltage at 3~100HZ The rated voltage and power of the motor ,and its frequency

modulation method under 3 Hz according to customers requirements.Reference work

system of the motor is S3-40% Altitude not over 1000m above sea level, ambient

temperature not exceed +40℃ and relative humidity air not higher than 90%.Reference

duty of YZP series motor is S3-40%, reference duty of YZPF series motor is S3-60%

.YZP series motors are the totally enclosed with self-fan cooling on the

surface (IC411),YZPF series motors are the totally enclosed with independent

axial blower cooling on the surface (IC416).The degree of protection of

enclosure is IP54 and can be IP55 or IP56 in accordance with user’s

requirement.
