R series inline helical geared motors with compact structure and high torque. R series helical geared motor / helical gearbox (gear reducer) is developed and produced according to our country’s standards as well as bring into overseas' advanced design. It has good structure, better currency, high reliability, low temperature rise and noise, big carrying capacity, good combination capability. It can be combined with R K,F series gearbox and gain lower output speed and bigger torque.
Advantages:
The helical geared motor takes 20CrMnTi as raw material. After grinding process, the gear precision can reach the national standard 6 grade, which is DIN6—can perfectly replace SEW, SIMENS.
The meshing of gears is tight to reduce noise and increase strength. A close meshing also slows down the heating of the helical gear reducer, and lengthens gear life.
In transmission, the multi-tooth meshing achieves a smooth, reliable, and quiet running of the helical gearbox.
The motor housing is made with aluminum die casting. The adoption of new machining technology improves the precision of work pieces.
The gears are made of high quality alloy steel, with the surface hardened by carburizing and quenching treatments. The teeth are made by fine grinding process. So as a whole, the helical geared motor is excellent in performance.
